Richland County, SC is soliciting electronic sealed bids through Richland PDT, the Program manager, from licensed contractors for the Southeast Richland Neighborhood Improvement as a part of the Richland County Sales Tax Transportation Improvement Program.

Scope of Work: The Southeast Richland Neighborhood Improvement Project scope includes: 1) the construction of a two (2) lane roadway on new location from US Route 378?US 76 (Garners Ferry Road) to Road S-2089 (Rabbit Run Road; 2) Shared-Use Path on new roadway and Rabbit Run Road from Garners Ferry Road to Road S-37 (Lower Richland Boulevard); 3) Shared-Use Path on Lower Richland Boulevard from Rabbit Run Road to Lower Richland High School; and 4) Installation of Aluminum Box Culverts under Rabbit Run Road to correct existing drainage issue.
