Richland County, SC is soliciting sealed bids through Richland PDT, the Program manager, from licensed Contractors for the Broad River Neighborhood Improvement construction project, as a part of the Richland County Sales Tax Transportation Improvement Program. Licensed contractors must be pre-qualified as a Prime contractor by the SCDOT to bid on this project.

The DBE goal for this project is 17.5%.

Description – The project includes approximately .674 miles of new sidewalk and associated handicap ramps along Gibson St., Hart St., Pearl St. and McRae St. within the Broad River Neighborhood. In addition to side walks, the project includes landscaping, irrigation, stormwater drainage systems, curb and gutter installation, striping, traffic control, grading, concrete driveways, sodding and erosion control.
